Takayama started explanation of his business outline from engineering aspect: "Keeping in mind to develop the industry first, we have accompled to reach the stage to submit patent to the national office. That is our LED light-emitting technology to mount LED boards and tape lights on resin and artificial marble.

A variety of processing techniques are available, including painting and transparent inkjet sheets and cutting sheets. Combining artificial marble and acrylic with UV print, R&B Company can produce LED light emitting channel letters that have a fantastic impact.

● Different materials processed with the latest technology and craftsmanship　

In order to produce more outstanding signage, Takayama came across artificial marble and considered it as a suitable material for signage. Then he tackled to find suitable processing solution with no preliminary experience of using numerical control machining, laser machining for acrylic board or coating equipment. Then Takayama took initiatives to create something new by using those equipment and motivated his staff members to operate in a same manner. Those steady effort to proceed by trial and error, they have developed inhouse engineering technology.

"Well, I will keep it in mind to challenge something new in tha market. It's a fun!" Takayama said with a smile.

Today, R&B Company is meticulous about its own original integrated system from the design of all types of signboard advertisements to planning, production, and installation.
