Utilizing Original Aluminum Machining Technique, We Deliver Precision Machined Parts to Customers All Over Japan

Nakata, which is unusual for a Japanese precision parts manufacturer in that it specializes in aluminum, is also known in the industry as "NAKATA = Aluminum Cutting." Capable of small lot production of many kinds of items, we manufacture a broad variety of parts for use by a host of industries, including for semiconductor production devices, LC production devices, robots, aircraft, medical equipment and all kinds of automated machines.

A characteristic of the production process at our factory is that we try to add value to the completed products in the course of our parts processing activities using equipment such as virtual machining centers, NC lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, etc.

In other words, the finishing of our products in terms of the presence/absence of flaws and the degree of tolerance precision, surface roughness, luster, etc. makes a huge contribution to shortening our customers' assembly process time. Our skilled engineers specialize in adding value to the parts they produce, and this additional value can be measured using inspection devices such as three-dimensional judgement equipment, etc.

In addition, we obtained ISO9001 (JQA-QM5584) approval in November 2001, and we are continuing to make daily efforts toward improving our technologies and skills by following a quality policy that can be summed up as "Keeping the delivery date and product quality are the keys to future sales."
