Mitsumoto Rasenkan's bellows are formed out of thin metal materials using an original processing technology that results in only a small reduction in the thickness of the processed metal. Accordingly, these bellows combine an extremely flexible performance with ample elasticity and a long working life.

Moreover, a low spring constant gives these products excellent pressure resistance characteristics and good durability even under extremely low temperature conditions. In other words, our bellows can be used reliably in environments ranging from super-high vacuum to high pressure and from extremely low to high temperature, making them ideal for use in valves and elastic joints used in space development applications.

Since the size can be freely selected, our products can be employed in valves that have limited space available for bellows, as well as for double piping for liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen use.

Our standard products are made from SUS316L material. But even in the case of special materials such as Hastelloy, Inconel, titanium, Monel, nickel, etc., we can accept orders for as little a single piece in any desired size, with no mold fee and with a short delivery date.
