Gas flame wire spray equipment is a type of thermal spray
equipment that allows cold coating by generating a flame
using acetylene or propane mixed with oxygen to instantaneously
melt various metals or alloys for atomizing (reducing into
fine particles) using compressed air.
This equipment is easy to use and there is little risk
of operational failure. The patented gas valve mechanism
has significantly reduced the danger of backfires and accidental
fires, which are relatively common with conventional gas
thermal spray equipment.
Machine mount model CD-3 and handheld model M-7 are available.
Electric arc wire spray equipment is a type of thermal
spray equipment that allows cold coating by electric arc
discharge to instantaneously melt wires of various metals
or alloys for atomizing (reducing into fine particles) using
compressed air.
Our electric arc wire spray equipment employs the patented
"push and pull" material feeding method, in which a high-end
small AC servomotor is used for feeding the thermal spray
material in order to electrically synchronize the main feeder
of the equipment with the spray gun (torch) motor.
This technology has eliminated trouble with feeding thermal
spray material wires, which commonly occurs with conventional
electric arc thermal spray equipment.
General-purpose model EAS-WD and workshop model AT-100
are available.
