• Using a wide range of CAD data formats allows us to handle data import and export with ease.
• Modeling tasks such as producing character models, which are difficult to make using CAD, can be performed with 3DCG (MAYA).
• We are also capable of producing CD data from animations, 3D data from 2D data, and 2D data from 3D data.
• 3D data for use in trial manufacturing can be fed back in the customer’s own preferred CAD data format so that it can be shared for production use, thereby contributing to a significant shortening of total lead time while lowering development costs.

Mould Processing Technology

• With vacuum molding, almost any shape that is capable of being injection molded can be formed, beginning with precision parts that are considered almost impossible to manufacture with conventional molding techniques.
• We also offer silicone rubber and rubber molding.

Face-up Technology

• We are capable of carrying out toning of complex paints used for mobile phones, etc., in-house.
• We perform resin coating and metal plating (brass and chrome plating).
• We can also perform other kinds of coating (such as Champagne gold).
