Ceramic Thin Film Coating "Fine-Coating"

Lately, the coating technology is becoming essential, that improve wear-resistance and endurance of precision parts or dies.

Our ceramic thin film coating "Fine-Coating" can form, with our self-developed vacume diffuse method, excelent carbonize films which has great adhesive properties to the surface.The surface is 3,000 or more of HV-hardness.
You can minimize the deformation or resize of the objects.

This technology is mainly applied to the tools and machine parts which are needed wear-resistance and corrosion-resistance, such as stumping-dies, forged-dies, die-casting molds.

For the R&D, we have keenly built up industry-accademic cooperation with the science faculty of Ryukoku University. And we have chosen the one of the R&D projects by Japana Small and Medium Enterprise in 2002.

We also deal with a variety of surface treatments and heat treatments other than Fine-Coating.
