Plasma Diffusion Coating
"NFC Treatment"

NFC Treatment is an innovative coating technology done by plasma energy. We control the degree of decompression and the temperature of reactive gases in the vacume forge, and generate ceramic diffusion coat on the surface.

This hard coat is formed at an angle to vertical direction, therefore it has low coefficient of friction then very strong against any shock.

The treatment is done at lower than 500 degrees C, so deformation or resizing is very rare.

The surface is 1,300 of HV-hardness when it is a toll steel. This apply very well to small and medium parts for light duty stamping and punching parts.

And also, it is possible to increase adhesive properties by adding NFC Treatment to TIN(Titanium Nitride) or TICN(Titanium Carbonitride) of PVD.

Heat Treatment

It is possible to quench large size dies, such as stamping dies for automobiles, without any deformation or resizing.

We have more than 20 ways of quenching and tempering, so that we can choose the best treatment.

We operate mainly SKD11 in 2 to 4 tours a day. And now, we can even take a very quick delivery service which starts from only 14 hours of delivery period. It is possible because of our around-the-clock operation.

SK material is usually deformed by heat treatment more than SKD material. So sometimes its workability will be in vain.

Our own process that matches best to SK material can
minimize deformation, and therefore we get good reviews.

Lately, this process works on dies for automobiles which have processed complicatedly. For example, we use this for frame hard steels.

In terms of quality and process management, we took pictures of products by a digital camera, and manage their quality by watching those digital data. We are the first one in the heat treatment companies who took such management method.
