We make judgements concerning the contents of consultation cases based on the activities of Rodan 21 member clusters, which are active in a wide range of fields. We invite prospective customers to talk to us about their requests and place the details of their proposals in order.

In the case of proposals sent to the Planning & Development Committee, work proceeds while discussions are held and reports are issued on a weekly basis. We carry out coordination by adding necessary members in accordance with the proposal's state of progress, such as, for example, when cases need to be discussed by the Marketing Committee, or when design progress requires the case to be taken up by the Manufacturing Committee, etc.

Moreover, we construct a flow that takes each product from the trial production stage right through to commercialization.
