When a request is received, the Rodan21 member cluster active in that manufacturing field reviews the request and invites the requester for a more detailed conversation.

Weekly discussions and reports are made in the Planning and Development Committee. Projects are referred to the Marketing Committee, the Manufacturing Committee or whatever committee that is appropriate, gradually moving forward.

When all the necessary issues have been addressed, a manufacturing flow is then created from the trial production stage through a variety of processes to the final product.
