The Shimonishi Demagnetizer, a Metal Part Demagnetizer
A demagnetizer removes the slight magnetism remaining in metal parts after they undergo a process carried out in a magnetic field.
The Shimonishi demagnetizer provides continuous demagnetization to parts as they travel on a conveyor belt, decreasing the level of magnetism to no greater than 5 gausses or 0.5 milliteslas. Parts up to 5 cubic centimeters can be demagnetized.
The Reset Mag uses a powerful magnet to remove foreign matter such as iron powder from liquids.
The unit is made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel 316L. The high level of magnetism provided removes even fine iron powder.
The Reset Mag has an easy-clean construction. Use the single-click clamp to remove the unit, then remove the bar magnet to remove any iron powder clinging to the case. The device is now reset for use.
The advanced design eliminates the difficult, dirty task of manually handling magnets. Just a quick rinse or wipe with a towel is all that is required.
