This is a gas burner unit specially designed for cooking
noodles that require powerful heating such as ramen, udon,
soba, etc.
The burner unit has three modes of operation with either
one, two or three burners burning, respectively. With all
three burners alight, the unit's heat output is approx.
30,000 kcal.
A major feature is that, particularly when on low heat,
the unit's fuel undergoes complete combustion.
By using the exclusive rising regulator, the unit's heating
output can be substantially increased. In addition, the
unit is lower in price than blower type burners and is comparatively
safer to operate.
In the primary air intake port there are four fans. By
opening these fans, the unit's intake mouths can be opened
larger than those of a conventional burner.
There is another air intake on the rear side and a damper
is installed to adjust the intake mouth size. Thanks to
this arrangement, this product's maximum air suction power
is drastically larger than that of a conventional regulator,
allowing it to supply the burner with sufficient air to
support powerful combustion.
Even if a gas burner itself possesses high heat output
capability, because conventional regulators have insufficient
air suction capabilities, the full heating potential of
the burner cannot be realized.
Tsuchitani Kinzoku's rising regulator delivers a much greater
air suction performance than any conventional regulator,
making it indispensible for high-power burners such as those
used in Chinese cuisine, etc.
