Working under a consistent system from the design of molds and products through trial manufacturing and mass production, this laboratory allows us to deliver top-quality products that meet our customers concrete needs.

Parts Quality Laboratory
The Parts Quality Laboratory (P.Q.L) operates a factory equipped with parts former production and inspection lines to ensure the production of even higher quality parts. The aim of this system is to obtain the highest quality metal and plastic arts quality by preventing contamination by foreign matter and operating a quality assurance system covering all our products.

Perfect Stainless (PS-550)
The conventional wisdom has it that stainless steel “has excellent anti-corrosion capabilities but lacks sufficient strength.” Moreover, although its strength can be increased by the addition of a Martensite type material, the resulting alloy can no longer be said to possess sufficient anti-corrosion properties. Maruemu Works has used innovative technology to overcome this problem by developing Perfect Stainless (PS-550), a steel that is extremely strong as well as highly resistant to corrosion.

Marine Stainless (MS-270)
Marine Stainless (MS-270) is an austenite type stainless steel that possesses higher chloride corrosion resistance and stress corrosion breakage (crack formation) resistance than SUS 316 or two-phase stainless steel. In fact, MS-270 is a truly maintenance-free steel material.

Magnesium Alloy Screws
Magnesium is an extremely light metal with a specific gravity two thirds that of aluminum and just a quarter that of steel. As the lightest metal in practical use as a structural material, it features excellent characteristics including high specific strength, magnetic shielding and vibration absorbing capabilities, while parts made from magnesium alloys are not subject to electrolytic corrosion. As such, Maruemu Works’s in-house developed magnesium alloy screws are ideal for a wide range of uses in the automotive, aerospace and information equipment fields.
