One product born at Nakano's production site that gives shape to needs and ideas is this drawing storage shelf system, which is linked to production management work.

This product not only effectively performs work instruction and drawing management, it can also conduct automatic measurement of total processing time by recording the drawing take-out and put-back actions and then calculating the correct labor cost (without human errors). Moreover, information on the number of processes, quality, cost, delivery and production can be processed uniformly and managed in a concentrated fashion, allowing the work's progress situation to be grasped in realtime.

Furthermore, the same level of uniform management can be achieved for a number of distant factories (including overseas sites) by using a plural number of drawing storage shelf systems linked via a LAN or the Internet.

This system is designed to prevent decomposition of water-soluble cutting liquid and cleaning liquid by placing “Zendama-kun”, a ceramic cylindrical object that serves as a home for useful microorganisms, into the cutting or cleaning liquid facility tank and then periodically replenishing the supply of useful microorganisms. Using this system, operators can decrease the consumption of cutting liquid, etc, while achieving a remarkable reduction in processing costs.
