Yuei Caster manufactures approximately 3,000 kinds of casters for use in factories, homes and distribution systems as well as for such applications as shopping carts, medical equipment, semiconductors and even for amusement equipment use.

By becoming the first maker in our industry to obtain ISO9001 certification, we have attempted to increase our customers’ satisfaction, improve the quality of our products and develop casters that are a step ahead of the rest. In addition, as the obtaining of ISO 14001 certification for all our places of business as of December 2005 attests, we consider it our responsibility as a specialist caster manufacturer “to provide products that make a contribution to the global environment and to manufacture products that are local community-friendly.”

In a thoroughgoing response to customer needs, we are pouring our energies into the development of new products that are considered essential in today’s world.

Among our successes are Porte, a shock absorber-equipped caster that was developed for the purpose of eliminating as much as possible the vibration that tends to occur during transportation. And this caster is now employed widely in the wafer transportation-use platform trucks that operate in semiconductor manufacturing plants.

In addition, we have developed the Air Caster, a super-lightweight caster designed for the purpose of reducing the burden on the operator and improving the efficiency and workability of carrying operations. This caster combines the five advantages of light movement, low self-weight, quietness, low vibration, and long operating life.

We also produce low-floor super-heavy-load-bearing casters that raise maximum loads to the limit for use as transfer-use casters at machine operated facilities, which are becoming larger in terms of scale. Moreover, we manufacture silence casters that virtually eliminate running noise when used for supermarket shopping carts, etc.
