Hole-Drilling Working Materials
Ideal for stainless steel plates, steel plates, aluminum
plates, PVC plates, FRP, enamel, stainless steel pipes,
steel pipes and cast iron pipes up to 4.5mm thick and for
ceramic sidings, metal-siding laminated boards and artificial
marble up to 15mm thick.
Features
- Double-edged saws for tool diameters of between 21 and
55mm greatly reduce tool costs and achieve twice the cutting
capacity of ordinary hole saws.
- l The clicking shank allows single-operation mounting
and removing of units (tools) for easier tool replacement
and chip removal. One shank adapts to all sizes (single
edge for tool diameters of between 14 and 20mm).
Compatible Electric Drills
Electric drills and vibration drills with chucking capacities
of 10 mm or largerOn a lightweight hammer drill (SDS type),
be sure to use in the rotation mode.
Working Materials and Features
Previously, different working materials required different
core drills. Our universal core drills are capable of drilling
a wide variety materials (not including reinforced concrete)
thanks to a newly-developed tool geometry and are suitable
for drilling the materials as shown below:
On electric drills with chucking capacity of 13mm in the
vibration mode:
Mortars,
blocks, bricks
On electric drills with chucking capacity of 13mm in the
rotation mode:
Ceramic sidings,
metal sidings, ALC, galvanized steel plates, colored galvanized
iron plates, wooden boards, ordinary plywood, bonded wood,
slates, cement bonded particleboard, PVC plates, PVC pipes.
Easy Chip Removal and Wide Tips Combined with Center Drill:
This tool
is provided with a few wide chips, which create gaps between
the chips and the tool at the time of drilling. The center
drill can be removed in a single operation, allowing easy
removal of the chips.
