Mirrors

A Total Mirror Maker that Takes Pride in its Status as a Top Class Japanese Manufacturer of High Quality Mirror Products

Our company was established in 1959 as Kunugiza Kagami Kogyosho, and changed its name to K.K. Kunugiza a decade later in 1969. Since our earliest days we have performed mirror silvering, and in response to changing demands we have expanded our activities to include mirror-use paint production, cutting, chamfering and product assembly, while continuing to dispatch high quality products to the market.

Kunugiza's mirrors are manufactured in a specialized mirror factory equipped with the most advanced technology. Our in-house system of consistent manufacturing allows us to respond to demands for small-lot production with short delivery time and at low cost.

Beginning with cosmetics container-use mirrors, for which we hold the top share in the Japanese market, our main products are in widespread use in a host of different fields including mirrors for fancy cosmetics goods, ordinary sundries, automobiles, dentistry, etc. We operate our own paint manufacturing factory in order to ensure improved quality and we also sell glass etching-use masking materials, thin mirror-use scattering prevention paint in compliance with the PL Law, and numerous other products.

With the aim of creating "mirrors for an environmentally friendly 21st century," we are concentrating on R&D into new products such as LF mirrors, in which lead is eliminated from the silver paint, and laser marking processing, which enables fine letters and photographs to be printed on a mirror surface, etc.
