"TAKECOAT CERAMIC 1"
Heat-Resistant Surface Treatment

"TAKECOAT CERAMIC 1" is characterized by excellent heat resistance and long-term durability characteristics, which have been achieved through the combination of a superior base treatment technology and an originally developed ceramic resin coating technique.

Ultra thin at just 20 to 30µm thick and with good lubricity, this inorganic heat-resistant resin coating is highly suitable for applications such as screws, in which clearances are very small, causing no problems in fitting or dimensional accuracy. The coating's excellent fastening characteristics also make the treated screws easy to work with.

TAKECOAT-CERAMIC1's applications also include heat-resistant parts and heat exchangers that require long-term high-temperature oxidation resistance, and fastenings and metal parts for industrial plants, etc.

The manufacturing method of "TAKECOAT-CERAMIC1", which uses Takenaka's unique special treatment technique, allows thin and uniform coat formation.

"TAKECOAT-Yakitsuki Non"
Anti-Seigure Prevention Solution

"TAKECOAT-Yakitsuki Non" is a thin coat-use special resin with high temperature durability that can be uniformly formed on a metal surface.

This coat prevents seizures occurring with stainless-steel bolts and jacks as well as seizures caused by high temperature oxidation, which have traditionally posed significant challenges to fastening.

The high heat resistance of 300°C and the thinness that makes the coatings effect on dimensional accuracy negligible allow application on variously shaped parts in addition to bolts.

"TAKECOAT-Yakitsuki Non", for which Takenaka and Nisshinbo Industries, Inc. have applied for a patent, is widely used overseas as well as in Japan.
