Warm and Cold Pressed Parts and Drill Screws A

a Theme of "Connecting" Even complicated parts that are conventionally
produced by cutting can now be mass-produced at low cost by pressing at K.M. Seiko's
screw production facility consisting of a multi-stage forging machine homer and
header. This method is supported by devices that can be used
to produce a variety of different shaped parts including rollers and pins used
for door chains, seat belt parts, door ratchet parts, etc. Even
materials such as stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloy, etc., that tend to
scorch easily due to their high deformation resistance can be pressed using this
method by carrying out machining at a raised temperature of around 400 degree. We
can perform warm and cold pressing on workpieces with diameters of between 5 and
30mm. Recently, we have also been aggressively tackling the development of micro-parts
and extremely small screws with diameters of from 1 to 5mm for use in IT-related
products. Drill tapping screws that can be screwed into steel
plates without the need for pre-drilled holes are another of our main force products.
Paying the utmost attention to quality, we are manufacturing these screws for
use in constructing buildings including the steel houses, which have recently
become a major subject of conversation in the construction industry. .
