Oshin Trading's Magical Donabe, which employs a carbon disc built-into its bottom, is Japan's first patented earthenware pot product that can be used on all types of induction heating cookers and direct-flame heat sources such as gas cookers, while maintaining the cooking features of traditional earthenware pots.

Carbon (graphite) efficiently generates heat on an induction heating cooker and the heat is uniformly conducted all over the disc. Using this method, even rice cakes and rice porridge, which are prone to easy scorching and sticking to pots, can be cooked with ease.

LNG or propane gas, electric stoves or halogen heaters can be used for cooking with this convenient pot.
