Based on our accumulated experience and our
record of past success, Ohmiya undertakes projects such the
commercialization of waterworks piping-use metal joints, valve
parts, agricultural-use spray nozzles, etc. Our work starts
at the early development stage and moves steadily through
trial manufacturing, severe product inspection and reconfiguration,
and on to mass production proposals, all at a speed that no
other company can match.
We are exceptionally good at gunmetal and
brass processing, and in an effort to continue handing down
our proprietary craftsmanship and technology, we cultivate
highly skilled engineers who are capable of performing trial
production and machining of custom-ordered products in-house.
At the same time, in order to realize mass production systems
while also cutting costs, we make full use of our own originally
developed specialized machines as well as the latest NC lines
and machining equipment.
