Ohmiya makes metal plumbing fittings from brass, bronze and stainless steel in a wide range of sizes and variations. They also accept special orders.

In recent years, ball-type valves have come to dominate the valve market. Ohmiya makes not only ball valves, but brass sliding valves with a simpler, less-expensive construction that their customers have come to rely on. Their uses include for radiator drains in engines and as fuel valves where air tightness is a necessity.

Ohmiya also manufactures and sells valves for natural gas.

With more than 50 years in business, Ohmiya produces parts for agricultural pest control machines and engine components, delivering to more than 100 manufacturers, trading companies and wholesalers around Japan.

When two metal parts must be joined so as to be airtight and resistant to pressure, Ohmiya applies their specially developed brazing technologies, using gas burners, electric resistance welding and electric furnaces to perform brazing primarily on cut brass parts and pipes. They also perform copper, iron and stainless steel brazing.

Always concerned about the environment, they have adopted a lead-free soldering policy.
