That is, according as the instrument structurally contains a thermo-element as a thermometer sensor of resistance temperature detector or thermocouple built in a sensing bulb of (mechanical type) dial thermometer together with, it brings the ability into both functions of indication and transmission.

Though a dial thermometer for the actual measuring spot and a thermometer sensor for remote transmission were separately made preparations for at former times, it is able to achieve two purposes on functions in accordance with adopting one set of this hybrid type instrument as following feature. As the desired result of using this instrument, firstly, it gets along with one installation spot in spite of necessity for two connecting parts of a sensing bulb and a sensor element separately at the measuring place.

Secondly, as the electric wire of thermo-sensor runs with capillary in flexible tube of dial thermometer and it's wire is connected with from sensing part to indicating part, on wiring of sensor a user can take out and connect at the indicating part of dial thermometer.

As the above-explained reason, this hybrid type temperature transmitter gives a large effect on saving overall costs from ordering to instrumentation work.
