| Ground reinforcement work is often necessary when constructing buildings or carrying out civil engineering works, and this work generally consists of striking base piles into the ground.
However, with conventional pile-driving methods, there are problems with vibration and noise. So in recent years a method has been introduced in which holes a made in advance by an auger, after which the bearing piles are buried. But even with this method, a large amount of construction waste soil is generated, which can develop into an environmental problem.
Under Aught-Set's expansion pile method, by installing a spiral-shaped fan and a drilling blade on the tip of the bearing pile and then directly rotating the pile itself during burial, the fan and blade interpenetrate the surrounding support ground so that no waste soil is generated, thereby solving the problem.
We have attempted to increase the tip's pressure bearing capacity by welding a spiral fan to the pile tip, but despite this innovation there are limits to the tip's bearing capacity. So in another original feature of this method, we have enlarged the area that bears the pressure by forming the drilling tip as a bowl shaped expansion pile and making the fan diameter large, thereby realizing larger pressure bearing capacity. This method is an original steel pipe pile method that takes both economics and reliability into full account. |
