Imaichi Seisakusyo is an Osaka-based company that specializes in laser processing, precision sheet metal machining and trial manufacture sheet metal machining.
We freely cut materials ranging from 0.1mm to 12mm in thickness using a laser cutting machine, freely bend materials up to 2m long using a metal die and break press, and freely carry out a host of other machining processes such as doweling, drawing and burring using a press. Furthermore, we employ a variety of welding methods including argon welding, semi-automatic welding and spot welding according to the machining purpose.
We rise to new challenges on a daily basis by encouraging ourselves that anything others can do, we can do just as well. We are adept at manufacturing products in small quantities of up to ten pieces. And in order to meet our customers’ needs, we carry our all processes in-house from the design stage to product finishing and after-processes such as painting, plating and buffing.
