By taking advantage of our comprehensive production facilities, we provide products such as valve- and pump-related parts and precision machinery components that satisfy our customers' needs.

Our wide-ranging facilities also allow us to manufacture special products with thermal-sprayed powder alloy surface coatings and to process a host of different materials considered difficult to machine.

Thanks to our own forging plant, we efficiently manage everything from materials ordering to finished product dispatch. In addition, our facilities are complemented by wire cutting and broaching machines as well as electro-polishing equipment in the Chemical Treatment Division, enabling us to continuously make progress in meeting our production system targets with respect to limited production of diversified items, high quality, quick delivery and low prices.

At Kida Valve's Ball Ayama Plant in Ayama County, Mie Prefecture, large numbers of forgings as well as ball materials for in-house use are manufactured in order to provide everything from materials to finished products.

We strive to maximize the yield from our materials and to achieve more effective cost reduction.

In addition to supplying valve-related parts, we operate eight machines including forging presses and hammers to enable us to respond to our customers' varying needs.

Forging, which is a highly efficient way of manufacturing products with complicated shapes that would require many man-hours to make by machining, contributes significantly to reducing delivery times.

Kida Valve accepts orders for precision forging of virtually any material and shape
