It is no exaggeration to say that molds are the starting point of product making. Based on our accumulated experience and know-how, we manufacture molds after first gaining a full understanding of the features of the products to be molded and the characteristics of the resin to be used, etc.

If the product needs to have a beautiful appearance, a designer with an acute sensitivity to the esthetics of design will produce an appropriate image to serve as a base for product development. If the product happens to be an internal machine part, sufficient precision is required to maintain its consistency with other parts and its strength. To satisfy the requirements of product design and precision while at the same time trying to minimize the cost of the end product are mutually conflicting goals that cannot be realized simply by manufacturing molds cheaply.
