Of all forging techniques, cold forging is the method that achieves the highest accuracy. Complicated internal shapes such as gears, serrations, etc., are extremely difficult to accomplish using techniques other than cold forging.

We have many years of experience and have built up a unique store of technology for work tool manufacturing by cold forging. With these technical capabilities, we can provide products that are not only of high quality but also lower in price than machined products.
