Spherical Diameter Measuring & Selection Machine

1. Measuring and selection range from 300 to 1,000-microns. (can also process balls less than 300, and even down to 100-micron diameters)
2. Measurement precision
   True round balls can be measured down to 1-micron accuracy in a continuous automated operation.

Roller measurement precision

1. Maximum 0.2-micron accuracy for combined concentricity and parallelism for a single roller (statically measured).
2. Maximum 1-micron accuracy for combined concentricity, parallelism, and bearing precision (measured dynamically from mechanical insertion).
3. Gentle Ball Handing
   Our machines use mechanisms that will not mar the surfaces nor affect the dimensions of the most delicate balls. Absolutely no mechanisms are used that apply chucking pressure or other stress to the balls.
   Only stress encountered is after balls exit the operation.
   Mechanical roller measurement process provides a highly stable, precise, and low-cost inspection process that provides clear advantages over laser and CCD processes.

• Control and operation are possible using a sequencer that controls the machine via a PC-based supervision monitor.
• In the event that the machine stops operating due to an abnormal situation, an email message is sent to the operator in real time.
• The inspection-use camera records any NG image screens that appear, to allow the operator to confirm the situation via a PC.
• The selector is useful for quality control as it is capable of displaying good quality product and defective product count values.
• Daily report auto counting and automatic production of graphs, etc. can be performed using MS Excel.
  (ISO9000 daily report production can also be performed easily.)

1. Monitor supervision and remote maintenance via the internet can be performed from a remote place.
