This system is an order-based production type system for manufacturers' use. Based on order information arriving in the form of fax or electronic data, the system creates production plans for parts production development, set-aside inventory, etc. in consideration of delivery schedules and processing loads.

Under the system, clearly specified processing instructions are delivered to each production site, and in the case of process outsourcing, etc. outsourcing arrangement orders are also issued.

Workers read into the system initiation completion, inventory receipt and other information using a barcode reader. In this way, factory information is reflected on the office side in realtime, allowing unit production costs to be calculated based on the products' progress situation and processing time.Each time a product lot is completed and delivered a delivery slip is issued, and on the day of closure a bill is issued.

With regard to sales and purchasing, the system performs a series of management tasks up to deposit/disbursement management.

The information is stored in the archive in a form in which the relations between different pieces of information are preserved. This feature is very helpful when repeat orders are received.
