Rapid Response Based on a Huge Library of Past Design Records
We accumulate past design data using a computer-controlled system. Our aim is make possible even more sophisticated product manufacturing by clarifying the advantages and disadvantages of various designs.

Cold Forging
Compared with cutting, which is not suitable for mass production, cold forging is a mass-production-compatible means of forming materials into desired shapes by applying pressure using a several-hundred-ton load, thereby enabling production to be completed rapidly and at low cost. Moreover, because it does not involve fiber cutting, it results in the completion of structurally strong products.

Trial Production
Based on our wide-ranging experience at manufacturing many kinds of diversely shaped products (including our ownership of many already existing products), we are able to propose the trial production of high-quality items with shapes that closely match a given customer's needs at short order.
