Welding Leads
In 1956, we developed in-house an automated AC welding machine
that had conventionally considered an impossible feat, becoming
the first Japanese company to carry out welding that was
simultaneously excellent in terms of both precision and
strength. Today we are hard at work developing a succession
of innovative and complex lead products that combine different
kinds of metal welding with header machining, press machining,
etc.
The main applications of these products are cathode ray
tub-use stem leads, LCD screen-use backlighting leads, camera
strobo-use leads, etc.
Presses (Small Type)
In press machining technology, a field in which we
been active ever since our establishment, we have been displaying
our prowess particularly in the development of small type
presses.
Our R&D effort has extended to the development of original
press machines and the rapid establishment of automated
production lines using robots. This system successfully
combines high precision with excellent cost performance.
Our original pressing machines are used for a wide variety
of old and new applications ranging from parts for cathode
ray tube-use electron guns, which are composed of several
dozen kinds of ultra-small components, to parts for the
latest LDC TV-use panels.
Forming Leads

Head Leads
In 1964, we developed a header machine in house. Our proprietary
technology, which enables 0.1mm header processing, making
it possible to carry out more complicated processes than
conventional methods allow, is now used the world over for
ceramic package and LSI multi-pin production. In addition,
our tip processes such as R treatment, which simplifies
insertion, have also obtained high levels of trust from
customers.
Our head leads are mainly used as CPU-use leads, crystal
vibrators, etc.
Forming Leads
High precision and high quality processing have been made
available thanks to our in-house developed lead wire forming-use
forming machines. This technology is used for crystal vibrators,
etc. Also, since processed lead wires can become easily
entangled, our lead wire products come conveniently packed
either individually or in array packs containing as many
as several hundred pieces.
