Based on precision machining technology using machining facilities such as NC multi-axis turning centers, 6-axis automatic lathes, NC lathes, machining centers, surface grinders, etc., we comply with a plethora of customer needs manly with regard to rolled steel material including forging, surface grinding, brazing, plating and assembly.

The broad array of applications includes the working parts of gas water heaters, gas cocks, high-pressure valves, faucet devices and gas hose joints.

As products for which particularly high quality is required, we provide the contact parts used in gas leakage prevention shut-off valves integrated in gas meters, heating power control valves for gas tables with touch panels, sensor mounting plates for automotive ABS controllers, and nozzles for plasma cutters used for cutting heavy plates up to 25mm thick, all of which satisfy exacting 1µm to 3µm surface roughness and flatness requirements.
