We provide parts used in shut-off valves for preventing gas leakage, which are integrated into gas meters mainly for home use that detect the quantity of gas consumed. In addition, we play close attention to maintaining the quality of these important parts, which are vital to the safety of human life. These products are made of a special material called electromagnetic stainless steel, which is machined using NC multi-axis turning centers.

With a surface roughness of 3.2S or less and a flatness of 1µm or less, these high precision parts have excellent gas sealing properties.

These parts are intended to control the heating power of gas tables with touch panels and to function in conjunction with the stepping motors for gas flow control and opening/closing.

They are machined from shaped brass bars using an NC multi-axis turning center.

In order to maintain sufficient gas sealability, a surface roughness of 3S or less and a flatness of 2µm or less are required for both the front an rear sides.
