Recently our VA proposals have included the option of compressing processing
time and cost by changing the material processing method to lost wax casting.
As
a company that approaches machining in a scientific way, we make non-machined
parts as required to meet necessary functions. These parts are made using lost
wax casting and we also apply our own original super-precision technology to necessary
sections. In this way, we are capable of making proposals that give form to our
customers' ideals.
The biggest single advantage of the materials we design
as a company that makes machining our main business is that the completed products
totally satisfy the customers' requirements in terms of precision. And with regard
to their ideas, our proposals are radically different from those of companies
that specialize in casting.
We make proposals to our customers by making
our own in-house adjustments. For example, products that require highly difficult
processes or short delivery schedules are produced via domestic routes, while
low-priced products are produced via overseas (China or Taiwan) routes.
Our basic task is to integrate the complex machining technology we have accumulated
over more than fifty years in the machining technology industry with our genuine
company "skills" with which we realize micron-level precision.
Complex machining technology that realizes perfect precision is a true "artisan's
technology" by a company that has spent 50-years building up from the basics.
We
would like to emphasize that our machining technology is among the best available
for making highly difficult high precision products, and especially where allowable
tolerance is on the order of 10 microns or less.
