Cold Plastic Forming Technology
With a full range of facilities including
multistage formers (two- to six-stage formers for wire diameters
ranging from 3 to 34mm) and CNC lathes, Kagoshima Metal manufactures
precision products of various geometrical shapes including
hollow, through-bored and drawn articles by means of cold
forging, pressing, roll threading, tapping and machining.
Moreover, in addition to mass production, our efforts to reduce
the number of changeovers have made our technology suitable
for small-lot production. Turning to our technological efforts,
we propose function-oriented products in addition to mold
designs for the development of low-cost, high-function products.
Our manufacturing bases include the Habikino
and Tondabayashi Plants in Osaka and the Akune Plant in Kagoshima,
and we conduct timely wide-area sales activities from our
Osaka Headquarters, Tokyo Branch Office and Fukuoka Sales
Office.
