Exclusive tools such as riveting tools are not needed and the nuts can be inserted from the front or outside of hollow materials, boxed goods or piping, etc., making the task quick and simple.

We produce a lineup of M4 ~ 8 small bolt-use turn nuts for use with adaptation plate thicknesses of 0.5 ~ 3.0 (6.0) mm.

This is a rod nut that makes it possible to fit support handles and mirror-equipped accessory shelves, etc. to hollow parts of easily-deformed materials such as bath panels (steel plate + plasterboard, noncombustible straight board), plasterboard walls, etc., from the front side with ease.

Because rod measuring more than 100mm in length are inserted into the rear of the panel, the rod will not easily sink into the panel even if fastened to the panel surface. Mecha-Heavy was designed out of consideration for keeping panel damage to a minimum by requiring only small holes to be made.

This method can be used if the rear space is at least 40mm deep due to collapsible technique.The nuts used are for M4, M6 and M8 sized small bolts.
