Kitamura Industry carries out totally in-house the design, manufacture, assembly, evaluation and maintenance of electric lighting display boards employing LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes).

With respect to circuit design, we have developed a variety of controllers including the control unit for the above-described alphanumeric character display and a wide range of signal control devices that can be freely used with a Japanese maker's 8-bit general purpose CPU. As for safety-use electrical equipment for factories and other work sites, we manufacture these devices at our own plants in China and South Korea using cost-oriented mass consumption systems that ensure the lowest possible production cost while realizing products that are easy to use and highly reliable.

In order to further improve the quality of our completed products, our checking facilities are equipped with the latest checking devices including vibration testers, etc. In addition, we simulate phenomena that are likely to occur in the field, which allows us to gather information on and make improvements to potential problem points in advance. Our quality assurance rooms, which are installed separately from the production lines, exercise constant supervision in an effort to prevent potential product problems before they occur.
