Safe-Design SKB Safety Stopper

The SKB safety stopper combines ventilation with security as a window-opening stopper-use metal fitting designed to allow a window to let in outside air while remaining secure against unauthorized entry. In addition, the SKB safety stopper is designed to be invisible when installed, so the window area looks clear.

Operation Method

1. Close the window.
2. Slide the Operation button upward.
3. Open the window. With the ventilation stopper working, the window can be moved to a semi-opened position. Consequently, the window is usually used in this position.
4. Close the window.
5. Slide the Operation button downward.
6. Open the window. The stopper is released, allowing the window to be opened fully.

An Operation button disconnection type is also available. This type is often used in hotels, senior citizens' homes, hospitals, etc.

Curtain Built-in Glass consists of a curtain built into a double glazed unit. With the heat insulation, condensation proofing and heat shielding effects that are characteristic of double-glazing, the user can enjoy energy saving and interior capabilities throughout the year.

Curtain opening/closing is performed via a handle and both vertical and horizontal opening/closing type units are available. Both window metal fittings and Curtain Built-in Glass are original products of Shin Kansai Bearing. No other maker is producing similar products.
