Ever since its establishment, SATSUMA ALLOY PRECISION CO., LTD. has been forging ahead with high value-added parts manufacture ranging from scudding mold and single mold production to wire cut processing, profile processing and screw-thread electrical discharge processing, as well as the production of abrasion proof tools, hard metal mold parts and machine parts.

Ever since its establishment in January 1971, Satsuma Alloy Precision has forged ahead with the production of high value-added parts based on proven technology and experience. Our work involves everything from scudding molds and single molds to wire cut processing, machining center processing, NC profile processing, NC electrical discharge processing, NC jig grinding, NC lathe cylindrical grinding, internal grinding, flat grinding, abrasion-proof tool processing, and the production of hard metal mold parts and machine parts. Moreover, we work with a wide variety of materials including high-speed steel dice steel, carbon steel, etc. to form production tools and precision parts for FA machines.

As a result of our efforts, we are evaluated highly as a reliable company, and we are continuing to develop steadily.

In order to further improve our management system, we are currently in the process of gaining ISO9000 series certification.

Towards the future, we will make even greater efforts to create and improve our grinding technology and we will pursue further R&D as a proposal and creation type company that attempts to satisfy all its customers.
