Product overview
Magtec heat transport systems are made up of heat radiating sheets, heat pipes and heat sinks. Incorporating materials with a variety of sizes, their systems are flexible enough for any use and use highly efficient heat radiating materials. The entire process is handled by Magtec from development, design to production.

Characteristics
The heat pipes are capable of transporting a large quantity of heat and are easily workable they can be bent or flattened as necessary. These heat transport systems are capable of providing cooling or evenly distributed heating these devices also have a wide range of specifications.
The ultra-thin heat-radiating sheets are designed with superior heat conduction and adhesion. Combined with a heat sink, they flexibly provide excellent heat conduction and radiation. These systems are particularly adaptable for installations where space is a critical factor.

Types
Automatic Document Feeder hinges:
Capable of handling heavyweight lids, these Automatic Document Feeder hinges provide free angle control, damper function and other functions for a variety of products.
Small, lightweight hinges:
Suitable for lightweight platens on fax/scanner devices. The lid opens and closes, stopping automatically between 30 and 60 degrees. These hinges can be made to specification including for a variety of lid weights and horizontal balance. They also handle a range of thicknesses from size A3 to books.
Tilt hinges:
These are well suited for products with multi-function capabilities. In addition to their simple design, compact size and light weight, these tilt hinges are easy to operate and excellent for a range of products.
