Ushio Precision Industry is dedicated to high quality and quick turn-around at low prices.

While the main focus of their work is on the design and manufacture of precision press dies, they also work with customers to provide a complete line of services from planning and design to trial production, die production and the mass manufacture of the final product.

They create all types of dies including single dies, progressive dies, robotic line dies, transfer dies and drawing dies.

Ushio Precision Industry recently begun offering the use of pressing in place of die casting, a cost-cutting move that has delighted customers. With wire cutting, they also do piece work, and handle precision processing to specification, die plates and parts, supplemental processing to mass produced products, products with non-matching shapes and other needs. Precision machine parts as well as work requiring inspection tools/jigs, assembly tools/jigs and other precision processing are handled with their wire cutting equipment and NC milling cutter. They welcome high-mix low-volume press work as well as mass production, and deliver finished products throughout Japan after secondary processing such as plating, tapping and caulking.
