To ensure they can meet the varied needs of all their customers, Okamoto Seisakusho Co., Ltd. equips each of their locations with production lines tooled to provide different services. For example, their Okayama base produces cans and ship parts as well as processing and assembling energy-saving device components. Their two locations in Osaka are equipped to design and produce high-frequency connectors (9 to 74 mm in diameter) and high-performance lightning arresters as well as performing 3D cutting and die casting. Also, their Chinese plant in Dalian is outfitted to design and manufacture products made from resin, rubber, die casting, casting and forging as well as ultra-precision machined products.

Their services include helping with any of the processes from design to assembly and delivery, and they are always prepared to produce a sample and run tests with a short turn-around.

In particular, Okamoto Seisakusho Co., Ltd. has a record of more than a decade of supplying high-frequency connectors to large wire manufacturers. In a joint project, they worked with NTT DoCoMo Kyushu and Sankosha to develop a patented insulated high-frequency connector that is lightning resistant, called the Miracle Flange.
