Since its foundation, Nimbari Kosakusho has worked predominantly on precision sheet metal, box-shaped sheet metal and provided a wide variety of sheet metal products and sheet metal processed parts to the world. The founder, Seinosuke Nimbari, who was originally a designer, manufactured parts for steel products using his own designs, leading to a vast storage of drawing, data, and know-how.

We respond with flexibility to multi-variety variable production with the latest equipment properly set to precision sheet metal processing and manufacturing know-how. We have Twin multifunction machines and High-speed NCT working 24 hours at our main factory. We bring about this high-productivity by assigning the most appropriate equipment to each lot and/or part.

Bending

The cultivation of precision sheet metal and box-shaped sheet metal productions enables us to provide a high level of accuracy in bending techniques.
Our bender team consists of 12 constantly operating equipment including five HDS types with high processing capacity that operate inter-connectedly with CAM data. This outstanding feature provides high-productivity and quality level.

Weld Assembly

Applying many latest welding machines, we are able to weld and assemble both accurately and effectively. Craftsmen with the abundant equipment and techniques - this highly skilled environment provides the most appropriate welding method in line with the intended purposes. We respond flexibly to multi-variety variable productions by changing assigned team members to each product and apply the best line to the product.

Painting

We are proud of our rich varieties of colors. This is essential for consistent production.
The features of our painting line in our factory for customizing is supported with carefully chosen color variations and capacity to comply with productions of many models in small quantities. Painting box shaped products with special requirements is one of our specialities, and we meet our customers' demands with assured quality.

Finishing Assembly

This is the anchor responding the requests from our customers with finished products. We provide products with a assured quality.
This is the key point of quality assurance in the final process. We are working on eradicating defective items by strengthening the manufacturing control and promoting basic work standardization.

Production Control System

Production Control System means "A centrally controlled system that oversees the data from receiving orders, production plan, production process management, purchasing management, inventory control, delivery management, and billing processing".
At our company, we introduced the system with the purpose of tightly managing "multi-variety variable production", "complication of process procedure", and "standardization of process load" in 2005.
