Osaka Prefecture provides support to small and medium-sized manufacturing companies exhibiting at large-scale trade shows and exhibitions designated by the prefecture, including advice from dedicated coordinators before and after the exhibition, and partial reimbursement of booth fees.

Implementation of exhibition training sessions
We will conduct a training session on sales channel development methods that effectively utilize trade shows and business meetings in which you will be exhibiting.
Partial subsidy for exhibition expenses
A subsidy of up to 250,000 yen will be provided to cover half of the exhibition expenses (booth rental fee, decoration costs).
Providing advice on resolving issues before and after exhibiting.
Regarding various issues related to exhibiting, a specialist coordinator will provide individual advice via telephone or other means to help resolve them before and after the exhibition.

Eligibility

  1. The company must have its principal office or place of business located within Osaka Prefecture.
  2. The company must be a small or medium-sized enterprise and not a large corporation.
  3. The business must be in the manufacturing or software industry.
  4. Applicants must not have previously received a subsidy under this program, or they must have received a subsidy under this program in a fiscal year or later specified in the application guidelines, and be exhibiting a different product in a different field at a trade show. (Subsidies are granted only once per fiscal year in Osaka Prefecture.)
  5. The applicant must be a person who independently operates a business related to the manufacturing or technology of products and possesses technology or products suitable for the exhibition they are exhibiting at.
  6. Applicants must be able to attend exhibition training sessions organized by the prefectural government.

  • Applicants are responsible for applying to and contracting for trade shows and exhibitions they wish to participate in.
  • Please note that applying for this program does not guarantee selection. If you wish to apply for exhibitions or trade shows after applying, please be sure to check the application period, cancellation fees, etc., and do so at your own risk.
