This is a rental space for companies and entrepreneurs aiming to develop new businesses by leveraging the technology, knowledge, and know-how unique to a manufacturing hub.

By checking notices within the facility and engaging in daily interactions with staff, you can stay informed about the latest public support programs and events that your company can utilize, without having to expend effort searching for them yourself.

There are systems in place to reduce the financial burden of external PR activities and event hosting for products.
Benefit 1: MOBIO permanent exhibition hall exhibition fee reduced by 50%
You can exhibit at one of the largest product exhibition halls in Japan for half the regular price. You can reach visiting company representatives and buyers.
This can be used as a platform to directly promote your products.
Benefit 2: Creators Plaza usage fee reduced by 50%
You can use halls and other facilities on the same premises, accommodating between 100 and 400 people, at half the usual price.
It is suitable as a venue for company-sponsored study sessions and product launch events.
Eligible residents
Venture companies and small and medium-sized enterprises that are actively seeking to develop new products related to manufacturing and expand into new fields.
This applies to both corporations and individuals.
Applicants must be willing to disclose their company information and financial data (sales, profits, number of employees, business status, etc.) to MOBIO and Osaka Prefecture for the duration of their stay in the incubator room and for five years after vacating.

First, please make a reservation by phone or email to directly check the actual facilities and support services offered.

Preparation and submission of necessary documents
In addition to the prescribed application form, you will need to submit a detailed business plan, financial statements, and other documents.
From screening to move-in completion

Two-stage screening process (document review and interview)
After the initial screening based on submitted documents, an interview (second stage) will be conducted by the selection committee.
Estimated application time: Approximately one and a half months

Move-in and procedures
After passing the screening process, your tenancy will be confirmed after completing the move-in procedures.

Business support through IM begins
IM will provide ongoing support to help you realize your business plan.
