As part of our efforts to cultivate engineers, we provide support for the systematic development of our engineers through technical training courses on machine tools (*), mechanical drawing, and other topics, as well as courses on methods for passing on skills that have become individualized within the company.
Practical training will be conducted in collaboration with external institutions such as the Osaka Prefectural Advanced Vocational Training School.
