MOBIO has partnered with the Osaka Institute of Industrial Science and Technology (ORIST), a local independent administrative agency, to establish a consultation service. (Reservations required)
Are you experiencing any of the following problems at your company? "We received a complaint because a product was damaged, but we don't know the cause," or "We need a detailed analysis to improve quality."
Our consultation service collaborates with ORIST, which possesses specialized knowledge and advanced analytical equipment, to quickly provide concrete processes for resolving your issues.
The process from initial consultation to resolution follows these steps:
Consultation Process

A technical advisor from MOBIO will contact you at a later date to discuss the situation in more detail. - 02
Review of the survey content - We will propose the optimal approach for investigating whale ingestion and connect you with the most suitable institutions.

Joint and commissioned research, etc. - Please be aware that from this stage onward, you will be entering into a contract with the partner organization (external institution) we have connected you with, and that fees may be incurred.

Specialization/Research Fields: Plastic deformation, metal press working - Since joining the company, I have been engaged in research and technical support work, primarily focusing on press forming technology for thin metal sheets. In related fields, I have also worked on performance evaluation and CAE analysis of processing lubricants, supporting companies in solving their challenges.
Furthermore, during my last 10 years on the factory floor, I focused on research and technical support, primarily in the development of molding technologies utilizing servo presses.
It's been about 10 years since I left the field, but I believe that technical support is my true calling, and I will continue to dedicate myself to it.
