Photoetching is a processing method that uses photolithography technology to chemically dissolve metal.
• Precise parts can be produced without burrs or distortion.
• We can perform high-precision machining on all types of metals.
• We can manufacture products with shapes that are difficult to achieve through machining.
• We can meet all your needs, from prototypes to mass-produced items.
• Pattern production costs are extremely low compared to mold production.

Electroforming is a technique that combines photolithography and plating to form metal sheets with ultra-fine patterns. It is used in applications such as vapor deposition masks.

In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for miniaturization from universities and other research institutions. Fuji Precision Industries strives to establish advanced processing technologies through its high-level drawing technology, and is meeting the needs of various sectors.

"We offer precision parts free from burrs, warping, and distortion at low prices.

Job Description: Developing proprietary brand products utilizing unique technologies.

Using photoetching and electroforming processes, the company manufactures a wide variety of precision parts, including semiconductor and printing-related components. They achieve high-precision machining without burrs, warping, or distortion, even for shapes that are difficult to machine. While meeting diverse customer needs from prototyping to mass production at low prices, they are also dedicated to developing their own branded products. Their motorcycle radiator core guards, manufactured using their expertise in photoetching technology, are currently their flagship product, accounting for approximately 801 TP3T of total sales. There are very few other companies in Japan that produce similar products, making it a truly unique item.

Strengths: Leveraging experience and know-how to meticulously address diverse needs.

While efficiently and precisely processing materials using etching equipment manufactured in-house, the company also maintains a system of manual processing. Processing is often difficult with machine work alone, leading to problems in terms of accuracy and delivery time. By using both machine and manual processes in parallel, the company can respond meticulously to customer needs. Photoetching does not require expensive mold production, allowing the company to offer products at a low price. This production system enables the company to meet demanding requirements such as small lots and short delivery times. The know-how and experience cultivated since its founding form the foundation of the company's manufacturing.

Independent Development: A motorcycle parts business born from a hobby.

The development of the radiator core guard, the company's current flagship product, was sparked by the owner's hobby of motorcycle racing. Motorcycle radiators, subjected to the harsh conditions of racing on a circuit, are severely damaged by tire debris and gravel from the front wheel. Development began with the aim of protecting radiators. "We went through a lot of trial and error, but it was because of my own racing experience that I was able to identify the challenges, problems, and solutions," emphasizes President Shogo Takemi. The radiator core guard gradually gained acceptance from motorcycle parts manufacturers, and sales expanded. Currently, it has grown into the company's second pillar, surpassing semiconductor-related sales.

Future Outlook: Strengthen production system and aim to develop new branded products.

Recently, the company has been focusing on improving and strengthening its production system and actively investing in equipment. Its policy is to further reduce costs through in-house production and thoroughly implement quality control through integrated production, thereby building a system that can efficiently supply high-quality products. At the same time, it is strengthening collaboration with external partners and focusing on developing new in-house products. Furthermore, inquiries from overseas, particularly in Asia, are increasing, and the company plans to expand its external channels, including considering overseas expansion of its radiator core guards.

Our company history

Since its establishment, the company has been engaged in photoetching. Initially, 80%'s business consisted mainly of subcontracting work for major home appliance manufacturers in the semiconductor industry. As times changed, the business expanded from semiconductor-related to motorcycle-related products. Currently, the company develops and distributes its own brand of motorcycle radiator core guards, utilizing its existing technology.

We apply high-precision photoetching to all types of metals, meeting diverse needs from prototyping to mass production at low prices.
