We have established a high-mix, low-volume production system in the field of precision sheet metal processing, and with our high-precision processing machines and advanced technical skills, we can handle everything from single prototypes to medium-volume production.
We process a wide range of products, from micro-precision sheet metal parts such as thin springs and terminals, to mechanical components for low-voltage electrical equipment and automobiles, and sheet metal parts (enclosures and covers) less than 2 meters in length.

Business content
Eight Tech Co., Ltd. boasts a comprehensive array of advanced machines, including CO2 laser cutters and CNC turret punch presses, enabling high-precision and complex shape processing. We are committed to meeting the core user needs of thin-sheet precision sheet metal processing and striving for even higher precision and greater variety in sheet metal fabrication.
Product and Technology Introduction
Precision sheet metal prototype manufacturing
A precision sheet metal workshop that brings dreams and ideas to life, offering convenient workshops with a wide range of processing techniques.

YAG laser device
Our laser processing system is equipped with a nitrogen generator, enabling clean cutting (oxidation-free cutting).
We have also introduced YAG laser welding, which allows us to perform welding of thin sheets with minimal burning and distortion.
In addition to stainless steel, iron, and aluminum, we also handle a wide range of materials including phosphor bronze, brass, copper, and magnesium alloys.
In addition to DXF, we also accept 3D CAD data, and we can convert Illustrator data to a laser processing format for processing.
Sheet metal parts and sheet metal crafts for personal use
In addition to sheet metal prototypes, we also manufacture products for individual customers, such as model railway parts, nameplates and signs, mailboxes, nameplates, and accessories.
In addition to metal, we can also laser cut various materials such as paper and acrylic resin.
We also produce sheet metal crafts, including pendant tops, nameplates, mosquito coil holders, hangers, bookstands, lighting fixtures, and three-dimensional metal models. We can create original crafts tailored to your order.
Sheet metal crafts and accessories are available for purchase at our online shop, "Art & Handmade Workshop 'Erima'".

Proprietary development product
At Eight Tech, we apply our precision sheet metal technology to independently develop and commercialize products such as handmade soap cutters, micro hydroelectric power generation devices, hypochlorous acid generators, and deodorizing and disinfecting spray devices.
We have also manufactured emergency boxes for elevators and food/diaper dispensing devices based on customer development requests. We can assist with prototype development, from 3D drawing creation onwards.

Leveraging our precision sheet metal processing technology, we also form carbon fiber materials.
Job Description: Precision sheet metal fabrication, from one-off prototypes to finished products.
We specialize in precision sheet metal fabrication and handle prototypes and small to medium-volume parts. We process sheet metal thicknesses ranging from 0.05mm to 6.0mm. We can handle all aspects of sheet metal processing, from bending and cutting to drilling and welding. For some parts, we can achieve high processing accuracy with tolerances of ±0.05mm.
The company handles a wide range of thin sheet metal processing, including terminal components and thin springs for electronics manufacturers, as well as mechanical parts, housings, and covers for cash machines and automobiles. Simple prototypes can be delivered within 2-3 days of receiving an order. President Toshio Kimura's motto is, "We never refuse a request, even for one-off prototypes."
Strengths: We can handle special processing using molds manufactured in-house.
The foundation of their precision machining technology lies in their in-house manufactured special molds. When they are required to perform minute machining that cannot be handled by commercially available sheet metal processing molds, they use wire EDM machines to create custom molds. President Kimura proudly states, "With the craftsmanship of combining custom molds and manual eccentric presses, we can handle bending parts as small as a fingernail, which is difficult with commercially available machines."
We can also manufacture our own molds with heaters for processing special materials. We have experience cutting magnesium alloy sheets with a laser cutting machine, then bending them in a mold with a heater while maintaining a controlled temperature of around 350°C before delivery.
In-house development: Enjoying the process of making things and developing our own products.
President Kimura, who says he "enjoys manufacturing," is also enthusiastic about developing his company's own products. The hypochlorous acid generators and deodorizing/disinfecting sprayers that he has manufactured and sold in response to customer requests were realized by independently designing the control boards and utilizing the company network.
In particular, the "handmade soap cutter," developed about four years ago, continues to sell steadily. Although it was developed at the request of a soap manufacturer, inquiries poured in from customers all over the country who heard about it online, and dozens of units have already been sold. The company has also developed and sells several other machines, including a jig for packaging fried tofu and a cutter for making yokan (sweet bean jelly).
Future prospects: Launching a new business in carbon fiber reinforced modern ceramics.
The company is also focusing on developing products using the new material CMC (carbon fiber reinforced ceramics). CMC is a material made by impregnating carbon fibers with aluminum oxide (alumina) or SiC (silicon carbide), and is characterized by its lightness, high toughness, and high heat resistance. By using a molding method developed by Shonan Advanced Materials Research Institute Co., Ltd. (Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture), with whom they have a cooperative relationship, they can reduce costs, and have prototyped and delivered products such as nozzles for rocket engines and parts for next-generation environmentally friendly vehicles.
President Kimura also expressed optimism, saying, "We are receiving various inquiries about this material as it can withstand harsh environments." He plans to establish mass production technology and develop it into a new business in the future.
Our company history
Founded in 1989 with the support of a metal press manufacturer, we built our business on the foundation of CAD/CAM design skills acquired at our previous job at a major cast iron pipe manufacturer. We have expanded our processing technologies from press working to drilling and welding. About five years ago, we also began designing and developing our own machinery and equipment, such as soap cutters.
Main business activities
Precision sheet metal processing and prototype manufacturing, design and manufacture of original machinery such as soap cutters.
Main customers (delivery destinations)
Home appliance manufacturers, automotive parts manufacturers, industrial machinery manufacturers
