Improved functionality through integrated molding.

Seamless, one-step bending

Based on our many years of experience in sheet metal bending and welding, we have achieved improved functionality, reduced material costs, and lighter weight.

For example, it is possible to use existing processed sheet metal and integrate it into a single molded structure by wrapping the sheet metal around it.
The seamless, single-bend design further enhances functionality.

Fine shape made from a single sheet

While the industry standard is to bend sheet metal up to 10mm wide, Ichinose Manufacturing can bend 5mm wide sheet metal at sharp angles. This method enables the creation of intricate shapes from a single sheet of metal and reduces the need for welding.

Our bending technology, capable of bending materials to a minimum width of 5 mm, contributes to a transformation in manufacturing processes and represents a high level of technical expertise that enables reductions in material costs, weight reduction, shorter delivery times, and improved design.

We are committed to high-quality manufacturing!

Creating smiles for our customers with high technical skills and innovative ideas.

Unique stainless steel fixtures that enhance the value of a building.

Job description: Custom-made products that do not conform to standard specifications, crafted by a group of skilled artisans.

Founded in 1975, Ichise Seisakusho primarily manufactures architectural metalwork utilizing its stainless steel bending technology. The company produces custom-made, non-standard products installed in large buildings such as skyscrapers. Some projects involve products costing tens of millions of yen, demonstrating the company's track record and high level of technical expertise.
President Yuki Ichinose, who took office as the second-generation president in 2015, stated that his management philosophy is "to aim to be a group of skilled craftsmen who can confidently meet customer demands," and added, "I want to transform craftsmen, who tend to focus on individual work, into individuals who can demonstrate high technical skills within the group structure of the company."

Strengths: High technical ability to reproduce the desired image

The company's technology allows for narrower spacing between bends by drawing grooves in thin sheets of material before bending. This is particularly effective in decorative metal frames where thinness is required to create a sleek appearance.
While competitors can bend materials to a width of 10mm, this company can bend them to a width of 5mm. Normally, other companies weld 5mm wide products, but this company can produce them by processing a single sheet of metal, resulting in lighter weight and lower material costs. This meticulous workmanship is reflected in the finished product, and the majority of new customers specifically request their services after seeing previously made products displayed around town.

Utilizing video: Visualizing the production process for talent development and added value

To train new and young employees, we created manuals outlining common aspects of the manufacturing process, as well as videos showing the manufacturing process with accompanying explanations.
The videos they film are also used as sales tools to explain the manufacturing process during sales presentations. They use the videos to explain things that can't be understood just by looking at the finished product. For example, in the welding process, they created a video showing that a groove called a bevel is first created before welding to increase strength. These videos, which visualize the company's advanced processing technology, have led to increased added value for their products. They spare no effort in production, and the materials used for employee training are also used externally to improve the value of their products.

Future Outlook: Selling our unique technology to new markets.

Because their workload is affected by fluctuations in the construction industry, the company plans to cultivate new clients. Until now, they have only handled made-to-order production, but they are aiming to handle products that can be sold from stock. In 2017, they exhibited at a large-scale trade show for the first time, and more than 100 visitors came to their booth. They are currently in concrete business negotiations with several of these companies. President Ichinose said, "Although it was our first time exhibiting, it was a very encouraging three days. Through the exhibition, we were able to see our company's strengths and points that we should highlight," and they plan to continue their sales strategy by promoting themselves through exhibitions and other means in the future.
