Magneporta Realizes Improved Productivity and Rationalization

Magneporta is an epoch-making parts supply device that vertically conveys and supplies magnetic metallic parts to elevated locations on a continuous basis.

The device contributes to a safer and more comfortable working environment by allowing parts to be fed into the system from a conveniently low height. It also enhances the operating stability of the succeeding processing devices by continuously supplying a fixed volume of parts, resulting in an all-round improvement in productivity. Also, because this device features beltless operation, the rotation mechanism is not externally exposed, making operation safer and also eliminating the possibility of the carried parts biting into each other or of different parts being mixed together.

The Magneporta system has an L-shaped vertical construction that makes it easy to convey oil-covered parts and to collect excess oil without spilling it outside. The system can also carry out continuous demagnetizing of parts by means of a built-in demagnetizer.
